No-Refund Policy (Online Deposits)

All online deposits are strictly non-refundable once payment is made. Refunds will only be considered if the cancellation is due to fault on our end.

However, rescheduling is always allowed. Your deposit will remain valid forever and can be used for a future date without expiry.

Changes to Booking

  • Changes to date, time, or vehicle are subject to availability and should be requested at least 12 hours in advance.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
