1. Bookings and Payment
1.1 Reservation Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued by the Company.

1.3 Prices and Surcharges
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes. Prices may change due to government taxes, fuel price increases, or other operational costs. Customers will be informed if such changes affect their booking.
2. Amendments to Bookings
2.1 Changes by the Customer
Customers may request changes to their booking such as tour date, number of participants, or tour package. All changes are subject to availability and approval by the Company.
2.2 Changes by the Company
The Company reserves the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety concerns. Customers will be informed promptly if significant changes occur.
3. Tour Participation
3.1 Eligibility
Participants must meet any age, physical fitness, or other requirements stated in the tour description. Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet these requirements before booking.
3.2 Health and Safety
Customers must inform the Company of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements before the tour. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such needs, participation remains at the customer’s own risk.
3.3 Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of tour guides and staff. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner without refund.
4. Liability and Insurance
4.1 Company Liability
While the Company takes reasonable care to ensure the safety and quality of its services, it shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, loss, damage to property, delays, or additional expenses incurred during the tour unless directly caused by the Company’s negligence.
4.2 Travel Insurance
Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, accidents, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
5. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather conditions
Government restrictions
Strikes or labor disputes
War, civil unrest, or public health emergencies
In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1 Personal Information
The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Personal data is used only for booking management, customer communication, and service delivery.
6.2 Third-Party Services
Customer information may be shared with trusted third-party providers (such as transport operators or accommodation providers) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the booking.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements is the property of CITY MPV Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
